Sincerely Amid COVID Zine for Quarantine Public Library
Invited to create an eight page zine for the Quarantine Public Library. I was inspired by the idea that everything changed with the pandemic, including our email sign-offs. I didn’t see as many, “Thanks!” and “Best Wishes,” when ending emails. There was a lot more focus on staying safe and healthy. I created letterpress proofs at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, then scanned the prints and to create interesting shapes with the type.
The Wharf Manitowoc Logo
Worked with local outdoor bar to develop their primary and secondary logo. It has been used across many media, including signage, apparel, and accessories.
Island Orchard Cider
Worked with Door County-based cider house to develop their logo, identity, and initial bottle designs. Designs have been used on bottles, glassware, signage, merchandise and more.
Two Rivers Business Association Logo
Worked with the Two Rivers Business Association to develop a primary and secondary logo that communicates for many different styles of businesses in our community.
Sputnikfest Posters
Designed posters for the annual Sputnikfest event at the Rahr-West Art Museum.
Heart-A-Rama
Worked with the local Heat-A-Rama event planners to create designs to be used on apparel, posters, and ads. This pro-bono work is a fun way to work with my local community. Heart-A-Rama is a non-profit variety show put on six nights a year at the Community House in Two Rivers, WI. 2019 marked their 49th year with a total of over $2.9M raised for the American Heart Association, along with donations of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to public gathering places throughout Manitowoc County.
